10.1- Delivery costs

12- Right of withdrawal

The return of the product (s) is made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. . The product must be returned in packaging provided for this purpose, which does not allow identification of the product (postal parcel, bubble envelope, kraft paper, etc.). Any product damaged, incomplete, absent or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer. 14.1. Transport guarantee

15- Intellectual property
